If you Are like me, you Dread the morning routine as you never know if your children will collaborate and be out the door in time! Some of the steps I have employed for our family have helped ensure smoother mornings. Although, as the weather gets colder occasionally it is a struggle to not hit snooze and stay in bed for a couple of additional zzzz’s, but these tried and true strategies help for happy and healthy mornings!

Awaken at least 10 Minutes earlier

I have discovered that even The gap of 10 minutes of quiet time before I must wake up the children can make such a huge difference in my patience in the morning. Although 10 minutes doesn’t seem like a lot, it helps for a few minutes of quiet time to open your eyes get a cup of coffee before waking the babes.

Prepare Films the night before

It is imperative that the Women and I’ve got our outfit ready for the following day. Otherwise, one or all of us can spend countless minutes looking for an outfit. . .the right shirt or wash pants to wear; wasting precious time until we get out the door.

Pack lunches and reserve bags the night before

Once again, this drops Under the idea that you’re not running around like a chicken with your head chopped off attempting to locate everything that is needed for the day. Pack up bags the night before to ensure everything is ready to go and there’s 1 less item in your to-do list.

Eat breakfast

Eat anything, does not Have to become a large meal but even something fast and simple can ensure you have a better day!

Make your bed

People who create their beds Tend to be more accomplished if knocking things off their to-do list.
